This Southlake TX Home Theater / Media room was a bit of a challenge. There were two ways we could go with the room, either in the alcove with a smaller screen building a wall in front of the windows or sideways with a larger screen but cutting into the size of the room considerably. We went with the alcove option, building and texturing the wall as if it had always been there and making spots for the bookshelf speakers to hide inside the wall. We had to spend 3 hours just mapping out the room and found a crawl space we could access near the windows that were now covered up and did not have to cut a single hole in a room with no attic space.
He also wanted the audio and video from the Media room to feed the Game room so we had to do a little inexpensive version of video switching all controlled from the single media room remote and they can watch it in both locations.
